At UpLand Grading & Septic LLC, we have found that full-price job quoting often results in lower overall costs for our customers while allowing our crew to work more efficiently and effectively. For this reason, many of our projects are quoted at a flat rate with all anticipated costs clearly outlined up front so you know what to expect from day one and are not surprised by additional charges.​

Depending on the scope of work, site conditions, complexity or the level of uncertainty involved, certain projects or portions of a project maybe billed by the day or by the hour instead of a fixed price. When this applies, it will be discussed and agreed upon in advance. We believe in transparency and are happy to explain how your pricing was determined so you can feel confident in the value and fairness of your proposal.

These are the rates we use when building your custom proposal:

Excavator & Track Loader Daily Rates (Includes a Skilled Operator for Each Machine & Equipment Delivery)

• One Excavator OR Track Loader: $1460.00/day $182.50/hr with 4 hour minimum 

• Two Machines (Excavator & Track Loader): $2071.36/day $258.92/hr with 4 hour minimum 

• Labor-Only (2 Workers & No Equipment): $1255.44/day $156.93/hr with 4 hour minimum

*Labor-Only Rate applies when manual work (no equipment) is being done or additional labor is required. We pay our employees Living Wages.

Auxiliary Attachment Rates:

• Flail Mower or Stump Grinder - $400/day

• Skid Loader Grapple - $320/day

• Land Planer - $280/day

• Hydraulic Jack Hammer - $400/day

•  Excavator Vibrating Compactor - $300/day

• ​Track Steer Vibratory Roller Compactor $200/day

Dump Truck Delivery (Up to 9.5 Tons per Delivery; Excludes Material Costs):

• 3/4" Gravel or Road Bond (ABC or ABCm) $50+$7/mile

• 3"-4" Ballast/Aggregate: $60+$7/mile

• Misc. Debris: $60+$7/mile *may include TBD disposal fee

• Boulders - Full-Quote Proposals Only

 

As a compassionate service to our rural neighbors, we offer Large Animal Burial at your site for $7/mile (equipment transport costs only)
